The Women’s Hall and playground is a unique historic facility based in the heart of the village. It has a hall, stage, changing rooms, meeting room and kitchen and is suitable for a wide range of community uses.
The Main Hall
The Women’s Hall and playground is a unique historic facility based in the heart of the village. It has a hall, stage, changing rooms, meeting room and kitchen and is suitable for a wide range of community uses.
The Meeting Room
Behind the hall is a small meeting room which can be used as a Green Room during productions and as a space for small meetings or small group activities.
Coopers Cabin
The recently built cabin erected behind the hall provides additional toilet facilities including for the disabled and a purpose-built kitchen which is equipped with fridges and freezers, cooking hobs and ovens and a dishwasher and also provides cutlery and crockery and glassware.
The Mother’s Garden
The Mother’s garden is sited next door to the hall and there is an adjoining gate. This playground is open to the community and is not available for exclusive booking but it is available for users as appropriate. The playground has swings, slides, and climbing equipment and also has benches and picnic tables for family use.
